What Is IKEv2?
A VPN protocol known for fast reconnection when switching networks, e.g. on mobile.
IKEv2 (Internet Key Exchange version 2) is usually paired with IPSec for encryption. It is particularly effective at maintaining the VPN connection when a device switches networks - for example from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
